Ottica Corporation is a privately-held Philippine distribution corporation. Importation is done through both air and sea freight from Europe, and sales and marketing are focused on Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao markets.

Ownership is divided among four principal individuals who have put up the initial investment. All are seasoned in both channel management and the optical industry.

All orders from the company's principals are shipped directly from their global source factories to the Philippines. Warehousing in the Philippines is located in the Ottica Corporation sales and marketing office in the Ground Floor, IDM Building, #155 Armstrong Street, Moonwalk Phase2, Paranaque, Metro Manila.
